This LEED platinum project consisting of three residences and five structures was recently awarded full certification under the Living Building Challenge–the first residence in the world to achieve this rigorous certification. Credit for this goes in no small part to the team at Timberline Construction. Their commitment, expertise, attention to detail, and extraordinary patience throughout years of design and construction was exemplary. Highly recommended!”
