Timberline Construction of Bend
Timberline Construction is founded on the partnership between Kristian Willman and James Fagan. With over 40 years of combined experience and having overseen the completion of nearly 200 homes between them, Jim and Kristian joined forces in order to take advantage of their varied construction backgrounds and skills as they both bring unique experiences to the business.
By pooling together their resources and experience they are better able to serve their clientele. As both are established contractors in Central Oregon, Timberline Construction has developed long-term and robust relationships with local building professionals who are well accustomed to our scheduling process and are accustomed to the quality of workmanship that is expected for all of Timberline Construction's projects.
Kristian Willman is a Northwest native and has been working in the construction industry in a variety of roles since 1993. Initially trained as a roofer and later as a framer, Kristian established and operated successful companies in each of these trades. Kristian also worked for a well established developer as a Project Manager and was responsible for overseeing multiple housing projects as well as land development throughout Washington and Oregon. From this experience, Kristian became quite adept at managing multiple projects and problem solving in order to keep each project on schedule and within budget. Aside from work, Kristian is an accomplished athlete and can often be found on his mountain bike riding the local trails or skiing and camping with his family.
James Fagan is a Northwest native as well and has been working in the construction industry since 1979. Jim got his start in the San Francisco and greater Marin County area working for a residential contractor that completed all phases of a construction project. Jim has owned his own company since 1984 and has personally been involved in all facets of home building including the unusual such as drilled-pier and grade-beam foundations to accommodate the steep hillside properties of the Bay Area. Jim has worked with several prominent architects whose designs were extremely innovative and he continues to be accomplished in the use of unusual and alternative materials, finishes, and details. With two children in college and one that is about to be, Jim is able to find more spare time to ride up at the hill, or to go mountain biking with his wife.
Although quite accomplished in each of their own rights, Jim and Kristian combined make a formidable partnership. Each brings valuable skills sets to the table and although distinctly different individuals, they complement each other well and have the experience and know-how to see your dream to fruition.
