Timberline Construction of Bend is a locally based construction-contracting company that builds the highest quality homes emphasizing craftsmanship and livability coupled with unique and personalized designs.
Owners James Fagan and Kristian Willman have over 40 years of combined experience and work closely with all of our clients to build homes that meet our client's goals as well as being comfortable, sustainable, energy efficient, and healthy.
Quality building requires establishing positive and productive relationships between design professionals, the home-owner, the general contractor, and the sub-contractors. Timberline Construction invests extensive energy into making this process as smooth as possible for our clients and as productive as possible for all parties involved. We rely on excellent communication with our sub-contractors and suppliers, specific and deliberate scheduling practices, and realistic budgeting to deliver a quality product to our clients.
In addition to offering a quality product with high levels of craftsmanship, Timberline Construction is also dedicated to building environmentally friendly homes. We focus on indoor air quality, using natural and low toxicity materials and excellent ventilation systems. We select materials that help preserve our precious resources and we work with clients to make design choices that reduce utility usage. Though most of our building involves traditional framing, we have also built homes utilizing alternative building methods such as Straw Bail, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) which can all increase the efficiencies of a home.
While building quality homes is the mainstay of our work, Timberline Construction has also completed a number of home re-models and commercial projects including an apartment to condo conversion project and several tenant improvement projects.
