Elk Ridge Condominiums

This project was not new construction however we re-modeled 42 apartment units that were re-designated and and are being sold as condominiums. The developers had a desire to create aesthetic homes with quality finishes while keeping their own costs down in order to offer affordable housing opportunities on the West Side. The original construction resulted in two different floor-plans so construction was based off of these. A laundry room was added to each floor-plan and all finishes were upgraded and replaced. Additionally, a re-configuration of one of the floor-plans to offer a true Master Suite and Bath was offered with several completed. Simple, aesthetic, and quality finishes define the Elk Ridge Condominium project.
